Peruutusoikeus
Sinulla on EU:n kuluttajansuojalain mukainen 14 vuorokauden peruutusoikeus.
Peruutusaika päättyy 14 vuorokauden kuluttua siitä päivästä, jona sinä tai
nimeämäsi henkilö otti tuotteen haltuunsa.
Peruuttaaksesi tilauksen ilmoita siitä meille selkeästi sähköpostitse
osoitteeseen info@ouluinmovies.fi. Voit käyttää vapaamuotoista viestiä;
kerro tilausnumero ja tuote.
Palautus
Palauta tuote meille 14 vuorokauden kuluessa peruutusilmoituksesta
osoitteeseen Brandstein, Uusikatu 24, 90100 Oulu (ma–pe 9–16). Voit
sopia muusta ajankohdasta sähköpostitse.
Tuotteen tulee olla käyttämätön ja alkuperäisessä kunnossa. Vastaat
tuotteen arvon alentumisesta, jos olet käsitellyt sitä muuten kuin on
tarpeellista sen laadun ja ominaisuuksien toteamiseksi.
Palautuksen kustannukset
Jos palautat tuotteen postitse, vastaat palautuskuluista. Palautuksen voi
myös tuoda maksutta toimistollemme aukioloaikoina.
Rahojen palautus
Palautamme maksun viivytyksettä ja viimeistään 14 vuorokauden kuluttua
siitä, kun olemme saaneet peruutusilmoituksesi. Voimme pidättyä maksun
palauttamisesta, kunnes olemme saaneet tuotteen takaisin. Palautus
suoritetaan samalle maksutavalle, jota käytit tilauksessa.
Virheellinen tuote
Jos tuote on virheellinen tai vahingoittunut, ota yhteyttä
info@ouluinmovies.fi. Virhetilanteissa vastaamme palautuskuluista.

Right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. The
withdrawal period ends 14 days from the day on which you, or a person
named by you, took possession of the goods.
To withdraw, notify us clearly by email at info@ouluinmovies.fi. A free-form
message is fine; please state your order number and the product.
Returns
Return the product within 14 days of your withdrawal notice to
Brandstein, Uusikatu 24, 90100 Oulu (Mon–Fri 9–16). Other times can be
arranged by email.
The product must be unused and in its original condition. You are liable
for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary
to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.
Return costs
If you return the product by post, you bear the return costs. You may also
return it free of charge to our office during opening hours.
Refunds
We will refund your payment without undue delay and no later than 14 days
after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we
have received the goods back. The refund is issued to the same payment
method you used for the order.
Faulty products
If a product is faulty or damaged, contact info@ouluinmovies.fi. In such
cases we cover the return costs.
